About Me.
I am a qualified horticulturist with over 20 years of professional experience across botanical gardens, RHS estate gardens, organic growing systems, plant nurseries, and therapeutic horticulture environments. Holding a BTEC National Certificate in Horticulture (Double Merit), you benefit from a deep and practical plant knowledge developed through roles at Christchurch Botanic Gardens in New Zealand and Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens, where I cared for diverse collections, including rare species and temperate rainforest planting. I am a member of the Gardeners Guild, assuring you I have high horticultural standards, am fully qualified and am well
Working under the guidance of a Head Gardener who is an RHS Chelsea Flower Show judge helped refine my technical skills and instilled a commitment to the highest horticultural standards. You will find that I bring both precision and creativity to my work. My particular passion lies in pruning ornamental shrubs and climbers, but at heart I am a true plantswoman, endlessly fascinated by planting that feels both experimental and natural, those moments where design and spontaneity meet. I have a real thirst for knowledge and a love of discovering unusual and overlooked plants. Read more

At the core of my work is a strong passion for gardening organically and ecologically, always with wildlife in mind. I aim to help you create a garden that feels alive, resilient, and in tune with its surroundings, encouraging biodiversity while still feeling beautiful and considered.
Alongside my horticultural work, I am deepening my relationship with plants through formal herbalism training. I have completed my first year of Welsh herbalism with Salena Walker and have now begun my second year, with the intention of continuing on to practitioner level. This training enriches the way I understand plants, not just in terms of their structure and design, but their properties, uses, and place within a living system.
By weaving this herbalism knowledge together with my horticultural experience, you are offered a more holistic approach, one that remains grounded in professional standards while bringing an added depth of care, understanding, and connection to every garden I work with.
